We want you to love your glasses. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-day returns

You can return frames and unworn accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they're in original condition with packaging.

Prescription lenses

Because prescription lenses are custom-made for you, they can't be resold and are non-refundable for change of mind. However, we stand behind our work:

• If your lenses were made incorrectly against the prescription you supplied, we'll remake them free of charge.
• If a frame arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace it.

How to start a return

Email hello@eyesmart.co.bw with your order number and a short note (and a photo if it's a fault). We'll reply with next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
