Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Botswana. Because each prescription order is made to order, dispatch times include the time to fit your lenses.

Processing time

• Non-prescription frames & accessories: dispatched in 1–2 business days.
• Prescription glasses (Distance / Reading): made and dispatched in 5–10 business days once we have your full prescription.

Delivery & cost

• Free delivery on orders over P800.
• Orders under P800: a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout.
• Gaborone and major centres: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch. Outlying areas may take longer.

You'll receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order ships. If your order is urgent, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
